What are our bags made out of?

Each one of our bags is made from high-quality canvas materials that give them their signature structure.  Recognized for our creativity and versatility, our bags include durable denim lining, water-resistance, and multiple zippered pockets for organization.

Our leather is the outcome of research, knowledge, and attention to detail. We use premium top-grain leather that ages beautifully over time. Each bag will age and carry its own unique patina and characteristic.

How do I take care of a Davan leather product?

To preserve the longevity and aesthetic of the leather it is best to keep it dry. Do not use any detergents to wash it. Leather is a living and breathing material that changes with use and washes.

If the leather does get dirty, it is best to use a soft cloth and blot the affected area and use designated leather care products to finish.

Do not:

• Use water to clean a specific spot
• Leave it in prolonged exposure to intense sunlight as it can affect how the leather looks

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 90-Day limited warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. Damages as a result of normal wear and tear, water damage to leather, and sun damage will not qualify for a warranty.

Please note that the warranty is only applicable to customers who purchase directly from davandesigns.com. If you have purchased one of our products from a retailer, please reach out to them to determine their return and exchange policy.

If the product is eligible for a warranty claim, a product of equal or lesser value to the original product can be exchanged.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

You may make returns if you are not completely satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return UNUSED products within (30 days) from the date of delivery. All returned products are at the discretion of the exchange department upon delivery and will be deemed if it is in sellable condition.

How do I check if there are retailers in my area?

DaVan sells to both retailers as well as online. For specific styles, it is best to order online as we have all styles and colors shown on the site, whereas it would be difficult to identify a retailer’s inventory.

How can I buy your products to resell in my store?

If you are a wholesaler who is looking to buy our products for resale, we recommend you create a wholesale account. Fill out the form, and we will contact you within 48 hours to complete the confirmation of your account.
