Our Return Policy (retail orders)

Davan products that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Davan Company.

Returned products:

  • Must be in its original condition when received and unused
  • Must be sent back with all original labels, accessories, and packaging

If all conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the invoice back to your original method of payment (not including the shipping costs).

All on sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. If a product was purchased from an authorized retailer and NOT directly from Davan, please contact that retailer directly as policies change from store to store and we are not responsible for their policies.

NOTE: For products purchased directly online from www.davandesigns.com, we are not responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties for your return.

U.S. Customer Returns

Davan products that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs and/or duties.

In the case that a customs and duty form is required, please declare the items as “Defective Canadian Goods Return” and a value of $0. Davan Co. will not accept packages that acquire customs duty and taxes.

Customers will be notified via email when the returned item has been received at our facility. The refund will be made to the original form of payment. We understand returns can be frustrating, please allow us 5-10 business days for us to process your return. We are working as quickly as possible!

Davan Co. is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged parcels. Any parcels that do not adhere to our policy will be rejected and mailed back to the customer. If you have any further questions or concerns, please email us at sales@davandesigns.com and we will gladly help you with the process.
